Warranty Repairs: What's Covered

Every new Pure Electric scooter comes with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.

✅ What's Covered?

  • Manufacturing defects in eligible components.

  • Faults arising from manufacturing defects under normal, recommended use.

  • Eligible component failures confirmed through warranty inspection.

⚠️ What's Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear, including tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, brake cables and grips.

  • Accidental damage, misuse or improper maintenance.

  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, paint damage and general deterioration.

  • Unauthorised repairs, modifications or non-genuine parts.

  • Natural battery degradation or damage caused by improper charging or storage.

🔧 How to Claim Your Warranty

If you experience an issue, please contact DOCKY Customer Support with your original order number, proof of purchase and details of the fault.

Our team will assist with the initial assessment and guide you through the warranty claim process. Repairs or replacements are subject to inspection and confirmation of warranty eligibility.

📅 Important Warranty Information

  • Warranty Period: 12 months from the original purchase date.

  • Registration: No separate warranty registration is required.

  • Transferability: Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Repair & Replacement: Subject to manufacturer approval and applicable warranty conditions.
