Issues outside your warranty's coverage — accidental damage, worn consumables, or repairs needed after the warranty period ends — are handled as chargeable repairs.

How it works

1. Contact us describing the issue; we'll ask for photos or a short video where useful.
2. We'll quote the repair cost and expected turnaround before any work begins.
3. Once you approve the quote, we'll arrange the repair or dispatch the spare part.

Common spare parts — tyres, brake pads, grips, and cosmetic covers — can usually be ordered directly without a full repair booking.
