Understanding Error Codes & Troubleshooting

If your scooter's display shows an error code or your scooter isn't behaving as expected, try these steps first.

General troubleshooting

1. Power the scooter off completely, wait 10 seconds, and power it back on.
2. Check the battery is sufficiently charged — some faults only appear at low charge.
3. Confirm all cable connectors under the deck/stem are seated firmly (only if you're comfortable doing so).
