Our Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, we start preparing your scooter for dispatch. Delivery timelines depend on the model and your pincode, and the estimate for your specific order is always shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

You can follow your order's progress at any time from Account → Orders. Each order page shows a live status — Order Confirmed, Being Prepared, Shipped, In Transit, Out for Delivery, and Delivered — along with the carrier name and tracking number once it's dispatched.

If something looks delayed

Delivery estimates can shift slightly due to courier network conditions or local restrictions in your area. If your order hasn't moved for a while, reach out to us via the contact details on your order page and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.
